Well, this is why we test!
As you can see, something went horribly wrong with the studs this time out. They are the same .034″ dimension (3″ in HO) as on the previous test wall, but for some reason they came out thinner this time. Indeed they are so thin, and perhaps the blade is getting dull, that the knife sometimes ripped instead of cutting.
The mullions suffered a similar fate. There I knew I was playing with fire. Indeed, I was surprised the Cricut was able to cut card to .015″ as well as it did. It makes me wonder if they could be managed with a fresh blade.
