I saved some money when I built my modelling desk by using some drawer slides I’d found at ReStore. While they were the right length, they were partial extension or regular or whatever the opposite of “full extension” is. With the two-inch overhang of the desktop to facilitate clamping, these slides wound up hiding the last six or seven inches of the drawers.
So today, when the Girl and I were at Rona for another project, I picked up some full-extension slides for the drawer I use all the time. After installing them, I can see an extra 4.75 inches of the drawer.
This will be life-altering!
ah, the joy of not losing stuff!
