The Girl asked me to vacate the house on Thursday evening so she could have a friend over without “weird parent vibes” infecting the atmosphere. We compromised, and I decamped to the garage where I’d set up a little art studio. There I spent a pleasant evening discovering which 20-year old tubes of acrylic were still viable and which were not.
The Payne’s Grey really wasn’t, and so, I had to wait until the weekend and a trip to Opus for a replacement before I could finish. I’m quite pleased with it, stuck on its cradle in the Workmate. I can’t wait to see how it looks once joined to the scenery and placed on the layout.

Nice work, Rene.
Thank-you Barry
