So Long Skin Tags!

The other day, I happened to open this site in an incognito browser, and was shocked by how prevalent the ads have become on this platform! Not only were they so loud they overshadowed the blog posts, but they were all depressingly related to the health effects of aging: hair loss remedies, skin tag solutions and hats to wear whilst driving slowly in the left lane.

So, after almost nine years as a free site, it is time for Pembroke87 to grow up. You can now find it on its own domain at pembroke87.ca, and it should be refreshingly free of reminders that there is too little time left to complete all the projects I have planned.

  2. Hahaha! Oh, I laughed. At first, when I saw the notification in my inbox this morning, I worried you’d been hacked (that subject line!) but it seems you reached the point I had. I think, for me, it was “gut health” and how I could, all at once, not connect that to my browsing history and shake that sense of judgement. So, I upgraded too.

I bet they must have some fantastic data on which campaigns worked to get us off the free plans and onto subscriptions. Maybe I wish I’d paid attention to what levels of popup ad’s my own space graduated up through before I surrendered.

Anyway, good call. This space is something you work hard at curating and worth investing in as a whole presentation.

    Chris
